The Waldsee lake with its idyllic location, only a few minutes from the city centre, invites you to swim in the soft moor water as well as to go hiking and for leisurely walks.

In a fairytale forest, at the entrance to Sibratsgfäll, lies the idyllic natural moor bath.

The "Schollamoos" is located in the immediate vicinity of the centre of Alberschwende. In the past, peat was extracted from this moor. Today, a well-maintained walking path leads through the birch forests and the moor area. 

The Alberschwende - Brüggelekopf ski area is located in the Bregenzerwald. There are 2.5 km of slopes for skiing and snowboarding. 2 lifts transport the guests. The winter sports area lies at an altitude of 720 to 1,200 m.

The music trail at Brüggelekopf is a hiking route with ten musically designed stations. 

The untouched deep snow slopes in Gargellen are waiting for you. Snow crystals whirl in the fresh, clear air. The groomed pistes are ready for the first turns of the day! Gargellen is in motion.

The Egg Museum was founded as a local history museum in 1904. It is the oldest valley museum in the state of Vorarlberg. In 1988 it was reopened after several years of storage of the inventory in the old elementary school. The collection focuses on the Bregenzerwald region.

With its natural beach and large sunbathing area, the Strandbad Friedrichshafen has been attracting visitors from near and far for years.
