The Kunsteislaufplatz Gastra (outdoor ice rink) in Rankweil promises outdoor skating fun for young and old. The view of the Rankweil Basilica while skating is a special highlight. Ice skates are available to hire at the rink.

The Lochauer Strandbad (public bathing beach) is one of the most beautiful places to swim at Lake Constance. The building was designed by the architects Innauer and Matt in a modern timber construction and was completed in 2020.

Ice-skating on the shores of the lake in Hard – there’s hardly a more beautiful setting to do a few laps around the shiny rink. The panoramic view across the open space is definitely a sight worth seeing. The roof means that skating can continue even when the weather is poor.

What’s special about the Walgaubad swimming baths is the 900-square-metre adventure pool with wave ball, the bay with swings and air bubbling up from the bottom, the large water hedgehog and the flow channel.
