The Götzner open-air swimming pool in the Riebe has been ‘the place to go’ for a splash in summer for more than 50 years.

The Parkbad open-air swimming baths stands for superlative bathing fun: 10-metre diving tower, 70-metre slide and 50-metre sports pool. Surrounded by shady areas, sunbathing lawn and a variety of sports, including football, volleyball, table football and table tennis.

The Lochauer Strandbad (public bathing beach) is one of the most beautiful places to swim at Lake Constance. The building was designed by the architects Innauer and Matt in a modern timber construction and was completed in 2020.

It’s off to the Freibad Frutzau open-air swimming baths when the temperatures start climbing and it gets really hot. Guests may expect everything they could wish for from a generally enjoyable day at the baths – both in the cool water and on land.

Even experienced practitioners will be thrilled by its special location as the course has chosen no less a garden than that of the historic Schattenburg Castle. A total of 18 different holes now challenge visitors with pyramids, bumps, loops and labyrinths in the castle gardens.

What’s special about the Walgaubad swimming baths is the 900-square-metre adventure pool with wave ball, the bay with swings and air bubbling up from the bottom, the large water hedgehog and the flow channel.
