There’s just one thing you won’t encounter at the Strandbad Bregenz lake-shore swimming baths: boredom. Whether it’s jumping from the jetty into the lake, venturing on to the three-metre springboard or just sliding all day – it’s all possible here.

With its three Finnish saunas, low-temperature saunas and one steam bath – it’s the place to let the soul relax and the body recharge its batteries.

The shore feels boundless and the leisure pool is filled with Grander water so it’s possible to enjoy a calm or action-packed atmosphere as desired.

The Lochauer Strandbad (public bathing beach) is one of the most beautiful places to swim at Lake Constance. The building was designed by the architects Innauer and Matt in a modern timber construction and was completed in 2020.

The toboggan run from Alpengasthaus Millrütte in Götzis is more leisurely. The beautiful one-kilometre-long route takes tobogganists through picturesque scenery to St. Arbogast.
