Enjoying an idyllic location between three mountain lakes on the Hochjoch, the via ferrata is ideal for climbing practice: warm up your muscles, familiarise yourself with climbing wall techniques and learn to judge your own ability.

There are many favourite places along the shores of Lake Constance and one of them is the bathing area at the Wocherhafen. The harbour has long since gone, but the name has survived. The area today is a popular bathing spot with a parking lot, kiosk and public places to enjoy a barbecue.

Our courses in winter include classic skiing for young and old, as well as freeriding and ski touring.

The Bruggerloch is a bathing lake that’s three hectares in size, seven metres deep and conveniently located directly next to the cycle path. But parking spaces are scarce.

The lakes that are the Paspels Seen, a favourite bathing spot for many locals, are to be found in Rankweil. Around 20 hectares of lake were created for recreation here – including swimming and angling.

Rohrspitz is part of the Rhine Delta’s nature reserve and is therefore the ideal location for long walks or bike trips with places to stop for a quick refreshing dip in Lake Constance. The 300-metre long beach is a special attraction for families.

The Jannersee lake is surrounded by green fields and trees in the marsh that is the Lauteracher Ried. That's why people call it ‘Riedsee’ and it’s also the perfect place for an escape from the city into the countryside.

Climbing fun for the whole family

In early 2018 a new climbing route was established on the massive Fallbachwand by the waterfall of the same name, known hitherto only to ice climbers.

The Steinblock bouldering hall in Rankweil offers an uncompromising bouldering experience for beginners, experienced climbers and fitness enthusiasts. No previous experience, special equipment or courses are necessary for bouldering. Just come and try it out.
