Ausflugsziele in Vorarlberg

The Rhine Delta nature reserve extends over an area of 2,000 hectares. It is characterised by alluvial forests, wet and bedding meadows, reed beds and extensive sandy beaches and is a breeding and resting ground for birds.

Nature, herbs and their endless wealth have fascinated me for many years.
I pass on "old" and "new" knowledge during herbal walks and workshops.
In my herb workshop there are cooking events with chefs and cooking courses on various topics.

Since 1963 the Doppelmayr Company in Wolfurt has had a zoo, housing over 400 animals of over 70 different kinds.

Curlews, black-tailed godwits, even corn crakes have found a home in the marsh that is the Lauteracher Ried. As have larks, stonechats and whinchats that have long since died out elsewhere.
