Ausflugsziele in Vorarlberg

It’s not difficult to find the mini-golf course in Bregenz because it’s located directly on the lakeside promenade next to the Lake Stage and the Bregenz Festival Theatre. So it’s a place where visitors are able to enjoy mini golf and Lake Constance at the same time.

Even experienced practitioners will be thrilled by its special location as the course has chosen no less a garden than that of the historic Schattenburg Castle. A total of 18 different holes now challenge visitors with pyramids, bumps, loops and labyrinths in the castle gardens.

The Spullersee is an originally natural high mountain lake in Vorarlberg. It was dammed up between 1919 and 1925 by the Austrian Federal Railways on the occasion of the electrification of the Arlberg Railway and has since been used for energy generation.

The Bruggerloch is a bathing lake that’s three hectares in size, seven metres deep and conveniently located directly next to the cycle path. But parking spaces are scarce.

There are many favourite places along the shores of Lake Constance and one of them is the bathing area at the Wocherhafen. The harbour has long since gone, but the name has survived. The area today is a popular bathing spot with a parking lot, kiosk and public places to enjoy a barbecue.
