A special feature of the Biosphärenpark Großes Walsertal is the extraordinary variety of plants on the "Hahnenkopf" in Faschina, which have developed due to the geological conditions in this area.

The Laguz-Alpe is located in a small side valley southwest of the Großes Walsertal (not to be confused with the better-known Kleines Walsertal!). This destination is interesting as a detour on the trip over the Faschina-Joch or as an independent, small tour.

At the 3D archery course, between Oberlech and the destination at the Rud-Alpe, there are more than 15 targets to take aim at. In 3D archery, the targets are not the usual bosses but three-dimensional animal dummies that need to be “dispatched”.
