The Alberschwende - Brüggelekopf ski area is located in the Bregenzerwald. There are 2.5 km of slopes for skiing and snowboarding. 2 lifts transport the guests. The winter sports area lies at an altitude of 720 to 1,200 m.

The Steinblock bouldering hall in Dornbirn opened on 1 August. Bouldering - climbing at jumping height without a rope, but on thick mats - has become increasingly popular in recent years.

Along a shallow side stream of the Mühlbach near the Markt kindergarten is the water play garden with a public, green open space.
