Let's go ice skating! From October to March, fun ice skating is possible on the artificial ice rink in Herrenried Hohenems under the open sky. The ice rink is also used by ice hockey teams and figure skaters to train or host competitions.

14 state-of-the-art cable cars and ski lifts, plus 55 km of top quality ski runs through stunning mountain scenery ensure an unrivalled winter experience. Snow-making equipment on 80% of the runs guarantees more than enough of the white stuff.

The widely known and popular Sonnenkopf ski resort is located at the foot of the famous Arlberg.

This is a place where excellent conditions for skiing can be expected: with 109 kilometres of ski runs and 29 ski lifts and cable cars Mellau Damüls Faschina is the largest ski area in the Bregenzerwald.

For people of all ages, tobogganing has always been a great way to have fun - and at night it’s even better! Vorarlberg’s longest nighttime toboggan run takes you from Garfrescha right back down into the valley.
