Ausflugsziele in Vorarlberg

The "Schollamoos" is located in the immediate vicinity of the centre of Alberschwende. In the past, peat was extracted from this moor. Today, a well-maintained walking path leads through the birch forests and the moor area. 

A round of billiards, a game of darts, the thrill of poker, a discussion at half-time of an important football match... That and more is the "Break".

The lakes that are the Paspels Seen, a favourite bathing spot for many locals, are to be found in Rankweil. Around 20 hectares of lake were created for recreation here – including swimming and angling.

The Rhine Delta nature reserve extends over an area of 2,000 hectares. It is characterised by alluvial forests, wet and bedding meadows, reed beds and extensive sandy beaches and is a breeding and resting ground for birds.

The Bregenzer Ach’s water travels almost 70 kilometres before it flows into Lake Constance. The closer it gets to the lake, the more quiet spots for sunbathing and wild bathing are to be found among the wooded valleys.

Patrick's in Rankweil offers a leisure venue where billiards, snooker or darts can be played. In addition, different tournaments are organised throughout the year. The billiard centre is open daily.
