The specialities are the goat's and cow's milk cheeses produced on the alp (as Brettljause with pesto, as a salad with balsamic vinegar or fried with bacon strips or sesame) and the fresh pancakes. Furthermore, hearty Brettljausen with bacon, sausage, Landjäger and mountain cheese are offered.
Goat's or cow's milk cheese or mountain cheese are also available for sale (to take away).
