Eismanufaktur Kolibri – that’s the address for any fan of ice cream living or staying in the Bodensee-Vorarlberg region. This maker of the freezing delight now operates from several shops out of which it sells its ice cream and cones that are handmade from regional and natural ingredients.

Scoops of creamy and fruity ice-cream by Dolce Vita Eis-Manufaktur are simply part of a successful summer’s day in Rankweil. And it doesn’t matter whether you’re a pistachio-chocolate or lemon-sorbet type.

Eismanufaktur Kolibri has been in business for more than 25 years and is now also selling its ice cream through its shop on Kornmarktplatz in Bregenz. Regionally sourced ingredients, quality and many different varieties are the priority.
