The Rotes Haus with its deep-red façade is perhaps Dornbirn’s most striking landmark but it actually impresses most of all with its excellent sense of quality. That applies to its varied menu, the rarely rustic restaurant, the magnificent terrace and the famous ice-cream parlour.

Eismanufaktur Kolibri has been in business for more than 25 years and is now also selling its ice cream through its shop on Kornmarktplatz in Bregenz. Regionally sourced ingredients, quality and many different varieties are the priority.

At the Rud-Alpe you can enjoy Austrian and regional specialities in beautiful surroundings and marvel at the stunning views of the Lech mountains from the large sun terrace.

Passing the Flexenhäusl, everyone who travels to Zürs/Lech inevitably does. It is located at the highest point of the Flexenstrasse, at 1773m, directly next to the European watershed.
