The host family has been running the house for four generations and combines tradition and innovation. In the restaurant and café, regional, seasonal dishes enriched with wild herbs and spices from our own herb garden are served.

The aim of the “Hill Weinbar-Vinothek” is to run a restaurant in Hohenems which becomes a place for connoisseurs of all ages in a neat and cozy atmosphere.

As you would expect from a tavern, there’s one thing above all else that it specialises in besides hearty snacks with bread made with regional specialities: wine.

The Genusswerkstatt in Hohenems-Reute is above all characterised by its dedication to the craft of cooking. Chef and proprietor Daniel Mathis attaches great importance to the freshness and origin of the ingredients used.
