Ausflugsziele in Vorarlberg

Around 20 hectares of lake areas were created through gravel dredging. These lakes have become a sought-after recreational area. The clean groundwater lying in a gravel basin is used for fishing and bathing. The lake can largely be walked around.

Come rain or snow, the Bregenz lakeside indoor pool provides a warm friendly place for swimming and splashing around. The protected area for children, with a waterchute and paddling pool, is the perfect place for the very youngest guests to play.

Along a shallow side stream of the Mühlbach near the Markt kindergarten is the water play garden with a public, green open space.

The Strike Center is all about bowling and leisure entertainment, fun, sound, VJs & DJs, multi-media entertainment, restaurant, bar, hangout, games, drinks, food,... - in a pleasant, warm and relaxed atmosphere!

Swimming, diving and training – all under one roof at the Dornbirn City Baths.

The municipalities of Zwischenwasser, Sulz, Röthis and Rankweil offer an inexpensive opportunity to learn how to ski in the immediate vicinity with the Furx ski lifts. At two practice lifts, budding skiers can practise in peace, while advanced skiers can use the slopes at the T-bar lift.

The Gastra artificial ice rink offers the ideal opportunity to exercise outdoors in winter. Ice skates can be rented if required. Whether young or old, ice skating has lost none of its fascination. Of course, ice skating is by no means the only sport that can be practised "on ice".

The Frutzau adventure pool is expected to be open again from May 2021.
