Ausflugsziele in Vorarlberg

The municipalities of Zwischenwasser, Sulz, Röthis and Rankweil offer an inexpensive opportunity to learn how to ski in the immediate vicinity with the Furx ski lifts. At two practice lifts, budding skiers can practise in peace, while advanced skiers can use the slopes at the T-bar lift.

Patrick's in Rankweil offers a leisure venue where billiards, snooker or darts can be played. In addition, different tournaments are organised throughout the year. The billiard centre is open daily.

Around 20 hectares of lake areas were created through gravel dredging. These lakes have become a sought-after recreational area. The clean groundwater lying in a gravel basin is used for fishing and bathing. The lake can largely be walked around.

The countryside in Vorarlberg lends itself perfectly to top-quality golf with stunning panoramic views.

Rappenloch Gorge and Alploch Gorge - The Rappenloch Gorge and Alploch Gorge in Dornbirn are among the largest gorges in Central Europe. They were milled into the hard limestone by the flowing water of the Dornbirn Ach for 100,000 years.

With an area of some 2,000 m2 and a climbing wall extending over 3,000 m2, the K1 climbing hall in Dornbirn offers challenges and fun for climbers of all abilities.
