The unbridled force of nature in a delightful setting

Visit the barefoot trail on the inner Parpfienz Alpe in Brand. The starting point is accessible in just a few minutes with the Dorfbahn cable car. From the top station simply walk (still wearing your shoes) towards the Innere Parpfienz Alpe.

Over the millennia the water in the mountain streams has carved out a series of breathtaking gullies. The sport of canyoning permits these canyons to be observed from a unique perspective.

The "Schollamoos" is located in the immediate vicinity of the centre of Alberschwende. In the past, peat was extracted from this moor. Today, a well-maintained walking path leads through the birch forests and the moor area.

Vitality of the moor

At the 3D archery course, between Oberlech and the destination at the Rud-Alpe, there are more than 15 targets to take aim at. In 3D archery, the targets are not the usual bosses but three-dimensional animal dummies that need to be “dispatched”.
