The museum of local history in Alberschwende is spread over two locations. The show in the Arzthaus offers insights into the rural way of life and living culture of the 18th and 19th centuries. One focal point is dedicated to the career "From flax to linen".

Patrick's in Rankweil offers a leisure venue where billiards, snooker or darts can be played. In addition, different tournaments are organised throughout the year. The billiard centre is open daily.
