Hopfengut No20 is located above the hills of the hop town of Tettnang and combines hop cultivation, brewery, museum, shop and restaurant under one roof.

The former residence of the prince-bishops of Constance is particularly striking for its picturesque location on the steep slope high above the shores of Lake Constance. From the terrace there is a magnificent view of the panorama of the Alps - an almost Mediterranean flair can be felt here.

The oldest parts of the building originate from the 15th century and the long corridors of the upper floors give us an idea of the architecture of the late Middle Ages. The urban flair of the building is the result of the boom of the mining period.
