Just below St. Gerold priory the contemplation and meditation trail winds its way past a series of carefully designed woodland pools through the stillness of the forest.

Curlews, black-tailed godwits, even corn crakes have found a home in the marsh that is the Lauteracher Ried. As have larks, stonechats and whinchats that have long since died out elsewhere.

Nature, herbs and their endless wealth have fascinated me for many years.
I pass on "old" and "new" knowledge during herbal walks and workshops.
In my herb workshop there are cooking events with chefs and cooking courses on various topics.
