The Steinblock bouldering hall in Dornbirn opened on 1 August. Bouldering - climbing at jumping height without a rope, but on thick mats - has become increasingly popular in recent years.

Located in the rock massif behind the traditional “Gasthof Post”, the Vorarlberg Salt Grotto is accessible to both guests of the stylish hotel and non-residents. Constructed using 44 tons of Himalaya salt, it is the largest artificial salt grotto in Europe.

It’s not absolutely necessary to travel to the sea to do some sailing. Lake Constance is so close and has the right port of call for all fans of the water.

14 state-of-the-art cable cars and ski lifts, plus 55 km of top quality ski runs through stunning mountain scenery ensure an unrivalled winter experience. Snow-making equipment on 80% of the runs guarantees more than enough of the white stuff.
