A real highlight for all the family, the Golm Alpine Coaster is a toboggan run in both summer and winter and can operate in most weather conditions.

The Montafon Tourism Museum in Gaschurn is located in an old early fair house and has existed since 1992. For 17 years, the history of tourism was presented here, but since 2009 the house has been reoriented.

This hike takes you from the Hochjoch cable car mountain station through flowering alpine rose meadows to the Innerkapell alpine pasture (at 1,670 m), where, with a bit of luck, you can look over the dairyman's shoulder as he makes cheese. The way back is via the same route.

Mountain carts – Fun on three wheels

The Garnera Alpe is a community-run mountain farm in the Montafon valley. The picturesque 9.5 km long Garnera valley extends from Gaschurn to the Plattenspitzen (2883m) on the Swiss border.

The oldest parts of the building originate from the 15th century and the long corridors of the upper floors give us an idea of the architecture of the late Middle Ages. The urban flair of the building is the result of the boom of the mining period.

The untouched deep snow slopes in Gargellen are waiting for you. Snow crystals whirl in the fresh, clear air. The groomed pistes are ready for the first turns of the day! Gargellen is in motion.
