Tucked away in the hills of the Klostertal the Alm Water Park is the fun place to go in summer. The natural bathing lake lies at the heart of the complex, which was newly built in 2014.

High above Bürserberg at an altitude of 1,250 m, the Rona Alpe lies on the sunny Tschengla plateau. Located approx. 10 minutes from the walkers’ car park, guests to the Alpe can find a daily choice of fresh natural produce, which can also be purchased to take away.

The mountain lake can be comfortably reached on foot from the Fontanella Säge bus stop in about 30 minutes. The slightly ascending and descending, low-traffic, asphalted road (access by car only permitted for residents) leads past the houses of Garlitt and on to the Seewaldseetobel.

It all began with the appearance of the Virgin Mary to a shepherd who was cured whilst bathing his injured foot in a spring. Soon thereafter a bath house was built, and the spot was christened the “red spring”.
