The museum of local history in Alberschwende is spread over two locations. The show in the Arzthaus offers insights into the rural way of life and living culture of the 18th and 19th centuries. One focal point is dedicated to the career "From flax to linen".

Hofwüstung Schöneberg und Wang-Hus At the beginning of the 20th century, house no. 2/4 on Schöneberg, which is first mentioned in written sources in the 15th century, was demolished. In 2012, the wall remains of the courtyard deserted were archaeologically investigated.
