Ausflugsziele in Vorarlberg

The University of Applied Sciences Vorarlberg (FHV - Vorarlberg University of Applied Sciences) is Vorarlberg's largest university and offers Bachelor's and Master's degree programmes in four subject areas: Business, Technology, Design and Social & Health Sciences.

The Sitterwerk on the site of a former textile dye works is a lively place characterised by art and production.

This museum houses a permanent collection of works by Vorarlberg artists since the 17th century, and also organises special exhibitions by leading figures in Vorarlberg art history.  

 

The Alamannen-Museumsdorf Mäder is dedicated to the history and culture of the Alamanni, who immigrated to Vorarlberg in the 2nd half of the 6th century AD at the latest. They subsequently shaped the language, customs and mentality of the region.

Following on from the huge success generated by the Indoor Secret Escape Games, the Secret Room, well-timed to coincide with the start of summer, is the number 1 Outdoor Escape Game in Vorarlberg.

The Kunstmuseum St. Gallen, with its attractive, temporary exhibitions of contemporary and modern art, enjoys international renown.

The only planetarium on Lake Constance

This museum is dedicated to Vorarlberg’s best known writer and poet who lived in the 19th century.

Since July 2016, the vineum bodensee - House for Wine, Culture and History in the historic Heilig-Geist-Spital in the city of Meersburg has enriched the city's cultural offerings.
