This new rope suspension bridge stretches across the wild-romantic Höhenbachtal gorge and is the highest and longest freely accessible pedestrian suspension bridge in Austria!!! 

It’s said that the Nenzinger Himmel is ‘the only heaven on earth’. It’s mostly a picturesque hiking area where it seems as if time has stood still – pure idyll. It’s possible to hike to the Pfälzer Hütte or to take the circular route past the blue mountain lake to the Alpe Setsch.

Curlews, black-tailed godwits, even corn crakes have found a home in the marsh that is the Lauteracher Ried. As have larks, stonechats and whinchats that have long since died out elsewhere.

HIGHMATRAUSCH is Vorarlberg's trampoline and action park, right in the middle of Dornbirn. On almost 3,000 m2 there is pure sport, fun and action 365 days a year! For the very young to the young at heart, there is something for everyone.

The zoo of the firm of Doppelmayr in Wolfurt has been home to more than 400 animals from more than 70 species since 1963. The family-friendly facility is open all year round and visitors may enjoy an approximately hour-long walk there for free.
