The Kobelwald Crystal Cave is located above the hamlet of Kobelwald near Oberriet in the St. Gallen Rhine Valley.

The specialities are the goat's and cow's milk cheeses produced on the alp (as Brettljause with pesto, as a salad with balsamic vinegar or fried with bacon strips or sesame) and the fresh pancakes.

The untouched deep snow slopes in Gargellen are waiting for you. Snow crystals whirl in the fresh, clear air. The groomed pistes are ready for the first turns of the day! Gargellen is in motion.

The Au outdoor pool is furnished with solar heating and the water temperature is kept a more or less constant 24 C. Those who’d like to swim laps can take advantage of the lanes in the 25-m pool. In the kids’ pool close by, bubble jets ensure fun for little ones.

The altitude difference of 1100 m on the north side of the mountain and the 500 m on the south side give the Niedere the best conditions for variant skiing.
