Located in the rock massif behind the traditional “Gasthof Post”, the Vorarlberg Salt Grotto is accessible to both guests of the stylish hotel and non-residents. Constructed using 44 tons of Himalaya salt, it is the largest artificial salt grotto in Europe.

Over the millennia the water in the mountain streams has carved out a series of breathtaking gullies. The sport of canyoning permits these canyons to be observed from a unique perspective.

In early 2018 a new climbing route was established on the massive Fallbachwand by the waterfall of the same name, known hitherto only to ice climbers.

Among the highlights of the trail are a 3-year-old elm tree, a barbeque area with hammocks, a viewing window, a suspension bridge, an echo chamber hut, fascinating facts about hunting and the local fauna, numerous information boards  and a log cabin which you can build you
