Hofwüstung Schöneberg und Wang-Hus At the beginning of the 20th century, house no. 2/4 on Schöneberg, which is first mentioned in written sources in the 15th century, was demolished. In 2012, the wall remains of the courtyard deserted were archaeologically investigated.

The Angelika Kauffmann Museum in Schwarzenberg is a typical Bregenzerwald house from the 16th century with modern showrooms.

For half a century, the equipment of the shoemaker workshop of Karl Nachbauer (grandfather of the Schubertiade’s managing director Gerd Nachbauer) had been stowed away. Now it is on display in a small shoemaker museum, which takes up two rooms at Marktstraße 15.
